Drove by today to go in for lunch, they have permanently closed! Sad day. I really had a craving for those biscuits and lobster, going to throw in the side of crab legs too.

I am surprised by the negative reviews. I have been here many times and have never gotten bad service. Was here for the final time as I was told via Facebook Milpitas group that it is closing after this week. I had the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake. Excellent with split lobster, mussels and tiny shrimp. Came with linguini. So much so that I couldn't finish it all. The service was excellent. Both the waiter and the hostess. It's a shame that it is closing on Wednesday. Bad move by the corporate. Will miss you.

Love red lobster for endless shrimp. Come hungry! It is what you can expect from Red lobster. Service is bit delayed, but this is strategy for us to get full! The servers and GM was super helpful and great. They came to check in throughout the meal and made sure my family was taken care of! This location is clean and spacious. I will say I was so confused where the entrance was. It was on the street side! Prices are still affordable for consumers and the food is fresh! Can't deny that the biscuits are the best!

Came for lunch since Crab Fest was back. There weren't too many people and although I wanted to get their snow crab legs, it was in the middle of the workday and I didn't feel like using my hands but I will definitely be back before Crab Fest is over. The waiter was professional, polite, and kind. It looks like they don't have utensils out at the time of seating so I had to remind the waiter to bring some but he was very courteous and offered A+ service. I ended up ordering the Crab Carbonara (from their Crab Fest menu). It was tasty and similar in price to seafood pasta served elsewhere. The restaurant is older but everything was orderly when I arrived. One suggestion is to periodically wipe down the cushions for booth seating at the end of the night. It is summer and it's hot, and smells get trapped in old upholstery. Other than that, it was a nice dining experience.

I've always been a red lobster fan. I am glad I came here on a rainy day. The food was tasty, the only problem I have is the speed of their serve. I don't see many customers and yet the service was still so slow. I ordered unlimited shrimp. Every time when I tried to order the next round, I had to wait forever. And it took forever for them to deliver the dish as well :-( But the cheddar bay biscuit is soft and fresh as usual :-) The decor is always inviting.
